Lisa Crosato

Lisa Crosato is an Associate Professor at Ca' Foscari University of Venice (Italy). She was previously Assistant Professor at the University of Milano-Bicocca. She holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Models for Economic Policy from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and a Laurea in Mathematics from the University of Ferrara. As a doctoral student, she spent a visiting period at the Statistics Department of the London School of Economics. She is member of the steering committee of the International Conference on Advanced Research Methods and Analytics (CARMA). Her research interests are in business and economic statistics, with particular reference to the use of website data in the context of SMEs, unsupervised and supervised learning and robustness. Her articles were published in several Journals, including Statistical Papers, Economics Letters, Annals of Operations Research and Technological Forecasting and Social Change.
